How to enroll in online classes

Before the class start date, please register, pay and complete the online orientation found at www.ed2go.com/thecbi/. For more information, call (386) 947-5441.

After the course start date:
1. Retrieve the lessons at your convenience (new lessons are released each Wednesday and Friday).
2. Complete the assignment and homework on the Web site within six weeks of course completion.
3. Take an additional two weeks to complete the final exam.
4. Receive a certificate of completion.

Understanding the Human Resources Function

This course is designed to help people without experience in human resources to understand this very vital link in the organizational chain. It will prepare both managers and business owners to handle basic human resource functions in a way that will ensure the best possible result.

James Ohl has been involved in the human resources and labor relations field since 1983, serving in a variety of administrative and executive functions. He has been especially active in policy formulation, safety issues, employee training and union contract negotiation. He has a master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
